#Troubleshooting

Problem: Cannot find a product when searching

Cause: The product may not be in your catalog, or you're searching by the wrong identifier.

Fix: Try searching by brand name, style number, or partial product name. If the product doesn't exist, add it as a custom product.

Problem: Quote won't save when clicking Create Quote

Cause: Required fields are missing or contain invalid data.

Fix: Check the error summary at the top of the form. Ensure you have a customer selected and at least one garment with quantities.

Problem: Customer says they can't access the quote link

Cause: The share link may have expired (links are valid for 30 days by default).

Fix: Generate a new share link from the quote detail page and send it to the customer.
