Does my customer need a Threadline account?

How do revision requests work?
The customer approves or requests changes on each mockup and can leave a note beside that exact view. Threadline records the response and emails your team, so feedback does not disappear into a separate thread.
Can I send or download a PDF proof?
Yes. Export the package as a branded PDF with each product and view organized for review. The customer-facing proof link also supports full-size previews and individual decisions.
Is my shop’s data safe?
