Threadline provides software tools designed to help apparel, screen printing, and embroidery businesses manage operational workflows, including jobs, orders, communications, and integrations with third-party services such as Google.

Threadline does not manufacture, sell, or distribute physical goods unless explicitly stated.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws

You may not use the Service if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law.

The Service may allow you to connect your account with third-party services, including Google services such as Gmail, through application programming interfaces ("APIs").

When you connect a third-party service:

• You authorize Threadline to access data from that service only as permitted by you
• Your use of that integration is also subject to the third-party's terms and policies
• You may revoke access at any time through your account settings or the third-party service

Threadline's access to and use of Google user data is governed by our Privacy Policy and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You retain ownership of any content or data you provide or connect to the Service.

By using the Service, you grant Threadline a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display your content solely to:

• Provide the Service
• Improve user-facing functionality
• Comply with legal obligations

Certain features may include user-initiated AI assistance to help draft or analyze content you choose to provide, subject to the Privacy Policy.

Threadline does not sell or monetize your data.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service
• Misuse third-party integrations or violate third-party terms

Threadline reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information, including data accessed through third-party services such as Google.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

• Threadline processes data only as necessary to provide user-facing features
• You may revoke third-party access at any time
• Threadline implements reasonable security measures to protect data

Threadline strives to maintain the security and availability of the Service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You acknowledge that:

• Internet-based services may experience outages or delays
• Threadline may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access

Threadline may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

If changes materially affect your use of third-party integrations or data handling, we will provide notice where reasonable.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

Threadline may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms
• Required by law
• Necessary to protect the security or integrity of the Service

Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will cease
• Third-party API access tokens will be revoked where applicable

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Threadline disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Threadline shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Threadline's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Threadline in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, provide notice within the Service.
